We are an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) at PMI thus we provide the official CAMP exam preparation training developed by PMI with one of the most experienced instructor around the globe.
As an option, we undertake an exam guarantee and commitment to participants in our program under the following conditions:
- Participate in our full preparation program,
- Complete our 180-question test with at least 75% results,
- Run the CAMP® exam within 45 days of the test day,
for those participants we are ready to take over and pay the re-exam fee for the first supplementary exam.
Our recommended preparation program is based on the requirements of the current PMP® Exam Content Outline and the 7th Editions of the PMBoK Guide published by PMI, which provide the project management methodological basis for the PMP® Exam.
We usually have one training day per week from 9:00 to 17:00. The training can be started at any time.
We help participants to plan the preparatory steps for the exam at an individual level.
Conditions to apply for the CAMP exam
- At least 23 hours of project management education completed before the exam
- Secondary degree, such as a high school diploma, GED (general educational development), or global equivalent.

1 – Project environment, project management life cycle models
- Introduction to the course
- Definitions of Project Management
- Structure and types of project life cycles: characteristics of predictive and adaptive (agile) development life cycles
- Elements of project planning and its role in the successful project management process
- Roles and responsibilities in project management (PM, sponsor, team, stakeholders)
- The necessity of emotional intelligence for leading a project team
- The role of project management in implementing organizational strategy
- Tools for problem identification and solving
2 – Predictive (Plan-Based) Project Management Methods
- Conditions, limitations, and elements of applying predictive project management
- Predictive planning toolkit (scope planning, WBS, baseline, CPM, quality planning, integration)
- Management and supervision of predictive projects, performance measurement, and control
- Use of earned value cost control and performance indicators
- Principles and processes of project change management
3 – Adaptive Frameworks and Methodologies
- Conditions, limitations, and elements of applying adaptive project management methods
- Methods for iteration planning
- Supervision and documentation of adaptive projects
- Components of adaptive plans in different methodologies (Scrum, XP, SAFe, Kanban)
- Task management and prioritization during adaptive project work
4 – Business Analysis Frameworks
- The role and responsibilities of a Business Analyst in a project
- Establishing appropriate stakeholder communication and relations
- Methods for gathering requirements and defining scope
- Developing a Product Roadmap
- The role of a business analyst in predictive and adaptive project environments
- Validation and approval of project outcomes, acceptance criteria
Four Live Online Consultation Sessions (5.5 hours)
- During the course, we support your efficient and successful exam preparation with live, interactive consultation sessions at key points. In these sessions, the experienced leader of the training will focus solely on you, answering your questions and supplementing the knowledge presented in the video lectures.
1st consultation (1 hour)
- We start the training process with this session, aimed at mutual introductions and learning the steps and tools for effective studying
2nd consultation (1.5 hours)
- Held after the completion of the first two major topics, we will discuss any emerging questions, tests, and the solutions to the sample project tasks.
3rd consultation (1.5 hours)
- Held after the completion of the third and fourth major topics, we will again address questions, tests, and the solutions to the sample project tasks.
4th consultation (1.5 hours)
- We conclude the preparation process with this session shortly before your actual exam. In this final consultation, we will thoroughly discuss the knowledge assessment and experiences from the 120-question mock test. You'll also receive assistance with registering for the CAPM exam.
