We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee medium to large-scale projects in the banking sector, within an international and dynamic environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies, particularly in software-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage various projects in an international setting, primarily in the banking domain.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
Identify and manage project risks effectively.
Ensure successful collaboration among all stakeholders involved in the project.
Provide regular reports to senior management on project status and performance.
Understand, evaluate, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; propose and implement relevant solutions.
Drive and support strategic decision-making within projects.
Ensure high-quality internal communication across departments (Business, Development, QA, Security, etc.).
Monitor and ensure the quality and timely delivery of project outputs to clients
Responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation according to the methodology valid in RPC
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a variety of projects
- Proven experience in software project management
- Solid knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Experience in the banking sector is highly desirable
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficient German knowledge is a huge plus
