We are currently building a talent pool of Project Managers for several upcoming assignments within the financial services sector (banking).
These roles will soon go live and provide an exciting opportunity to shape business processes, define requirements, and support large-scale system implementations.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage various projects in an international setting, primarily in the banking domain.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
Identify and manage project risks effectively.
Ensure successful collaboration among all stakeholders involved in the project.
Provide regular reports to senior management on project status and performance.
- Understand, evaluate, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; propose and implement relevant solutions.
- Drive and support strategic decision-making within projects.
- Ensure high-quality internal communication across departments (Business, Development, QA, Security, etc.).
- Monitor and ensure the quality and timely delivery of project outputs to clients
Requirements
- Senior IT Project Manager experience, as well as banking experience in leading complex projects
- Experience in implementing complex business and financial systems
- Knowledge of banking account management systems
- Understanding of architecture and system design concepts
- Advantage: knowledge of BPMN, data modeling, and enterprise architecture methodologies
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
