Description, tasks

There are 2 big strategic programs focusing to the integration of the operation and systems of the Slovenian department. Both program contains 20+ projects which are managed by centrally by the Program managers.
We are looking for a Program management support colleague who can manage not only the administrative tasks but complex topics, too.
Supporting the Program Managers in the Program management activities of the programs. Coordinating program level – cross functional activities as part of Program mgmt and providing PMO services according to internal rules and regulations, following project management methodology requirements and practices of the organisation. Execution of project and portfolio management tasks, ensuring the satisfaction of both internal IT and business stakeholders as well as IT systems and infrastructure users.

Tasks:
1. Participation and manage the execution of the Program related tasks coming from Program manager
2. Participation on program related meetings, writing meeting memos, monitoring tasks
3. Status reporting, including risk and issue management up to Program Lead. Support the creation of project/program documentation, plans and reports
4. Oversee and support project/program procurement process
5. Coordinates smaller projects/streams to implement the company group’s business strategic initiatives related to IT investments and application developments.
6. Supports preparation of IT projects and post-implementation evaluations
7. Providing administrative duties to support Program team in completing projects efficiently
