We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects in an international business environment. The project involves coordinating and managing IT-related activities connected to the integration of companies, systems, processes and technologies as part of M&A initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate IT activities within Mergers & Acquisitions projects
- Plan and monitor project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and IT functions
- Support the integration of systems, applications, infrastructure and processes
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and actions
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, business stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure effective project governance, reporting and documentation
- Drive project activities towards agreed objectives and deadlines
Requirements
- Experience as an IT Project Manager
- Previous experience working on M&A / Merger & Acquisition projects
- Experience managing complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness and availability to work full-time on-site in Scotland
