We are currently building a talent pool of Business Analysts for several upcoming long-term assignments within the financial services sector (banking and insurance).
These roles will soon go live and provide an exciting opportunity to shape business processes, define requirements, and support large-scale system implementations.
Responsibilities
Collect, analyze and document business requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT development teams
Support process design, system customization and testing activities
Facilitate workshops and ensure clear communication between business and IT teams
Monitor project progress and support issue resolution during implementation
Contribute to quality assurance by validating solutions against requirements
Support change management activities and provide user training documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of Business Analyst experience in the financial sector (banking or insurance)
- Solid understanding of financial products, regulatory requirements and core banking/insurance processes
- Strong ability to transform complex business needs into clear and structured documentation
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project environments, requirements management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills in multicultural environments
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
