We are currently building a talent pool of SAP Business Analysts for several upcoming long-term assignments.
These roles will soon go live and provide an exciting opportunity to support large-scale SAP transformations, process optimization, and system implementation projects.
Responsibilities

Collect, analyze and document business requirements in SAP-related domains

Translate business needs into functional specifications and align them with SAP system capabilities

Support solution design, system customization, and integration with other applications

Facilitate workshops between business stakeholders and SAP consultants/development teams

Assist in testing preparation, execution, and defect management (UAT, SIT)

Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements within SAP processes

Provide user support, training and documentation for new SAP functionalities
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of Business Analyst experience with SAP projects
- Solid understanding of at least one SAP module (e.g. SAP FI/CO, SAP FS-PM, SAP BW/BI, SAP S/4HANA) and overall integration concepts
- Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models, requirements management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured system requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills in multicultural environments
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
