My team participated very successfully in the AI-Driven Project Management training. The program helped them broaden their perspective at a systemic level on how AI tools and techniques can be integrated into project management.
Practices learned during the training helped them perform routine project management tasks more efficiently — such as formulation of project objectives, data processing, preparing executive summaries and meeting notes, and conducting stakeholder analysis.
The training provided not only practical tool usage but also a mindset framework that supports the ethical and strategic application of AI in projects, while strengthening the team’s competitiveness in an AI-supported work environment.
