- Develop a comprehensive training program tailored to the project’s specific goals and objectives and already ongoing training efforts.Identify training needs and gaps through collaboration with project stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Conduct training sessions for project end-users, ensuring content is delivered effectively and engagingly.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and adjust the program as needed.
- Be part of and collaborate and collaborate with the Organizational Change Management team to incorporate training-related content into communication and community engagement efforts.
- Provide ongoing support and resources for project team members to reinforce learning and development.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and ensure they receive necessary training.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a project-based environment
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Organizational and project management skills to coordinate training schedules and resources
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
