We are looking for a Senior Test Manager for our client’s newest project opportunity. The project duration is 12 months with possible extension. The goal of the project is to undertake a complex redesign of business processes supported currently by SAP ECC, followed by the smart greenfield SAP S/4HANA system implementation.
This assignment requires a deep technical understanding of the implementation aspects of a multiple module software in multiple countries and its integration aspects, strategic mindset as well as a drive for operational excellence.
Responsiblities
- Defining and representing the interests of test management already in the early planning phase of the program
- Establishing/improving the operational testing capabilities, necessary for the successful implementation of the S4 HANA software system
- Participation in and validation of the design of the Value Transformation Roadmap & Group rollout plan from the perspective of testing
- Supporting (coordinating or participating in) AIT testing activities in a few selected projects that are currently running in the ECC environment
- Quality Assurance of the implementation of the new testing tool, undertaken and coordinated by the company’s AIT department
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in test coordination & management of complex ERP software systems in multiple entities, including 3rd party system integration and cross functional integration within the different modules of the core system, both in development phase and PostGoLive phase
- Solid understanding of requirement specification based on E2E process approach
- Advanced JIRA user knowledge
- Ability to design a comprehensive testing plan and governance as well to prepare a thoroughly document concept paper thereof
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Hungarian language is only ‘nice to have’)
- Motivating, demanding and encouraging consultant style for project teams
