To ensure business continuity, the supporting infrastructure, systems, and related IT Services need to be continuously provided either by introducing the company group standard applications or by migrating the existing applications from a new company group member’s environment to a mother company-managed IT platform.
These migration projects are part of a big IT integration Program aiming  the integration of the IT infrastructure of the new Polish department into the company group infrastructure. The project is part of a group of 3 migration projects covering the migration plans for 25 applications in total. (Retail -10, DS &HSE -11 , ePaliwa -1 crosstream for 5 BU-It stream (Retail, DS, HSE, HR, Finance-controlling) and the infra support.  This migration projects are cross stream and dedicated to the migration of 35 + servers.

Tasks:

• Migration data validation and update per stream
• Define the RACI Matrix & DoDs documents.
• Infra needs planning , migration strategy planning high level and detailed
• Cross stream migraiton dependencies management from infra, migration, architecture perspective
• Detailed migration planning, support of migration execution and integration
• Migration scope management with external vendor, mother company infra, LocaI IT.
• Oversee and manage the execution of the Integration/Transition plan.
• Status reporting, including risk and issue management up to Program Lead.
• Ensure on-time delivery of the IT workstreams across all functions.
• Alignment of IT plans with the target operating model.
