We are looking for a Business Analyst for our multinational client’s long-term project opportunity related to Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a IT Business Analyst
- Deep know-how of use case collection, user journey definition, persona creation, requirement definition, architecture understanding and advanced communication and collaboration skills.
- Ideally diverse experience in various domains in multinational environment
- Brings experience in developing and implementing various IT solutions in agile environments
- Good influencing, communication and team-working skills at all levels. Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in getting decisions / sign-offs
- Is seen as a strong consultant and advisor for the respective business area and adds significant value in the delivery chain from understanding the need to the final deployment of the solution
- Extensive IT Project Experience in small to mid-size projects
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Project Management / Agile methodologies & Digital technologies
- High proficiency in working virtually is a must
- Ability to plan own work to meet objectives, and to work independently
- Agile methodology knowledge
- Strong English knowledge (both oral&written)
