We are looking for a Senior Innovation Project Manager for a long-term banking project with an immediate/flexible start.

Duties:

• Management of innovation projects initiated by the bank
• Close cooperation with the customer area, organization and facilitation of business/internal workshops and focus group interviews, recognition of the need for these workshops
• Organization of meetings, facilitation, follow-ups
• Full stakeholder management
• Project task planning, follow-up, escalation management
• Resource management
• Project risk analysis, development of action plans
• Reporting according to the standards of the client’s project management processes
• Coordination with the testing team
• Compilation of decision-making materials for the Project Steering Committee, leading the meeting, preparing reminders
• Change management
• Cooperation with service providers and suppliers
• Professional cooperation with the IT departments and banking organizational units involved in the scope of tasks.
• Continuous review of the work of the project, with particular regard to timely completion
• Taking the necessary measures to complete tasks on time
