Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst for one of our clients’ newest project opportunity in the banking industry. This is a Full-time opportunity, duration is 6 month (with possible extension). On-site presence is required.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Strategy – Collaborating with stakeholders in project preparation, decision support, development prioritization, and strategic planning
- Requirement Analysis & Solution Development – Identifying business needs and creating solution proposals based on business processes, functional requirements, and system analysis
- Implementation & Compliance – Defining requirements, analyzing solution options, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal processes
- Collaboration & Communication – Working closely with UX/UI designers and developers, presenting proposals to stakeholders
- Business Concept Documentation – Preparing comprehensive business documentation to support project alignment and execution
- Development & Testing Support – Providing business support during development and testing to ensure successful implementation
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in digital channels and managing business changes (5+ years)
- Financial sector experience (2-3 years) with complex software projects
- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and modeling (use cases, data, processes)
- Knowledge of project management, software development, and risk management
- Experience in process organization/development and leading business workshops & brainstorming sessions
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, stress management, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and fluent business English (spoken & written)
Nice to have
- Experience in Personal Financial Management
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
