Profexec Services is a fast-growing IT consultancy specialized in project leadership, PMaaS (Project Management as a Service), and IT contracting. With a strong client base and deep roots in the CEE region, we deliver expert resources and project execution across Europe.
We are seeking a Sales Professional who will focus on both hunting (new client acquisition) and farming (account development and relationship building). This dual role requires high initiative, consultative selling, and coordination with our recruitment and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new B2B clients in corporate enterprise sectors in Hungary
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to match client needs with available resources
- Nurture and grow existing client accounts (farming), identifying new opportunities and ensuring long-term satisfaction
- Track and document sales activities using CRM systems and woking against mutually defined sales targets and KPIs
- Act as an internal voice of the client to improve services and delivery alignment
- Cooperating with business development, actively contributing the brand development
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience with minimum 3 years, preferably in Project management/IT Contracting
- Experience and live relationship with corporate clients
- Visibility and understanding of project management and/or IT contracting industry
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills, ability to communicate effectively up tp CXO level
- High initiative and ownership mentality
- Comfortable working independently with a remote or hybrid team
- Understanding of project management field is an advantage
