We are looking for a Medior IT Project Manager with hands-on experience in managing IT projects, ideally in the banking sector.
- Key responsibilities:
- Manage 2–3 parallel IT projects with a focus on banking software, applications, and card-related systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT departments, project administration, and multilocational stakeholders
- Oversee project delivery across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, acting as a bridge to align requirements and expectations
Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with exposure to the banking sector
- • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and banking IT architecture
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across IT and business functions
- • A solution-oriented, collaborative mindset with the ability to foster alignment between technical and business stakeholders
