To ensure business continuity, the supporting infrastructure, systems, and related IT Services need to be continuously provided either by introducing the company group standard applications or by migrating the existing applications from a new company group member’s environment to a mother company-managed IT platform.
These migration projects are part of a big IT integration Program aiming the integration of the IT infrastructure of the new Polish department into the company group infrastructure. The project is part of a group of 3 migration projects covering the migration plans for 25 applications in total. (Retail -10, DS &HSE -11 , ePaliwa -1 crosstream for 5 BU-It stream (Retail, DS, HSE, HR, Finance-controlling) and the infra support. This migration projects are cross stream and dedicated to the migration of 35 + servers.
Tasks:
• Coordination of the migration planning and execution tasks on local level with stakeholders from all streams
• Participation and manage the execution of the
Integration/Transition plan local task with migration experts lead
• Status reporting, including risk and issue management up to Program Lead.
Location: Gdansk, Poland
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as a Junior Project Manager or Project Coordinator
- Proactive attitude
- Fluency in Enlish and Polish
Nice to have
- Fluency in Hungarian is a plus but not a must have requirement
