We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with card processing experience for our international client in the bank sector.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and evaluating customer business requirements, identifying any discrepancies compared to existing standards and system functionalities
- Ensuring consistency with established standards and methodologies
- Creating detailed business specifications, process diagrams, use cases, and documentation of system component interactions
- Supporting the estimation process and contributing to the preparation of Indicative and Final offers for customers
- Collaborating with other company departments during testing and validation phases
- Preparing comprehensive user documentation
- Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
Requirements
- 4+ years proven experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience in card processing and analytical tasks is a Must
- Additional knowledge in related business areas is highly preferred, such as: authorization, clearing and settlement, card scheme certifications, issuing, 3D Secure (3DS), tokenization, ATM/POS acquiring, transaction switching and routing, as well as card personalization.
- Proactive attitude
- Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills
- Proficient English (both oral and written) is a must
- Proficient German knowledge is a huge plus
