Requirements
- Min. 2-3 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst role
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is a must have
- Familiarity with Visio or draw.io is a must have
- Fluent in English AND Hungarian (both written and spoken), with a proactive mindset
- Expertise in gathering, organizing, and documenting business requirements
- Strong ability to write detailed User Stories
- In-depth understanding of software development processes
- Willingness to have a hybrid position in Budapest with 2-3 home office opportunity / week
- Independent process assessments and ability to create specifications and process flows (BPMN 2.0)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and work under pressure
