We are looking for an HR Project Coordinator for a 4-month assignment at 50% capacity to support a project involving the relocation of Chinese colleagues to Hungary. The main responsibility will be to coordinate tasks related to the relocation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the tasks related to the relocation of Chinese employees to Hungary.
- Work closely with an external consulting company that is assisting with the process (e.g., handling visas, etc.).
- Maintain regular communication with the external consultant and ensure that all required documentation is in place.
- Monitor the progress of the relocation and help ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Proven Project Coordinator experience
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Chinese language and culture is a strong advantage
