Our client is looking for an experienced Cutover Manager to support large-scale digital transformation programs (EAM, S4U, SAP S/4HANA). The primary objective of the role is to coordinate cutover activities across multiple interrelated projects, identify critical bottlenecks, and ensure a smooth transition and go-live.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cutover activities across multiple parallel projects
- Align cutover plans, manage dependencies, and ensure synchronization between project streams
- Identify and proactively manage bottlenecks
- Coordinate testing and user training activities
- Coordinate communication across business, IT and executive stakeholder groups
- Support change management-related activities on occasion
- Handle conflict management and prioritization across multiple projects
- Execute and manage a critical year-end transition/go-live
Technology & Project Environment
- SAP S/4HANA (S4U, EAM)
- ERP standardization initiatives (One ERP)
- Middleware consolidation
- Portal rationalization and system implementation
- Regulatory projects with significant IT components
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in large enterprise IT/digital transformation projects
- Proven experience in cutover coordination or similar roles (e.g. program management, release management)
- Experience with ERP environments (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
- Strong stakeholder management and diplomatic skills
- Ability to manage strong senior project managers and stakeholders
- Structured mindset combined with out-of-the-box problem-solving capabilities
