We are looking for an experienced Communication Specialist to our multinational partner’s team for a 1 year period collaboration. Participation in the opportunity is possible both as a contractor or FTE for fixed period. The home office possibility is flexible, 100% remote work can be accepted.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with project objectives and already ongoing communication efforts.
- Create and distribute project-related content across various channels.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Prepare and edit written materials such as reports and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate events such webinars, and workshops related to the project’s communication.
- Be part of and collaborate with the Organizational Change Management Team Community Manager to engage with the project’s online community and address inquiries or concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a communication role, preferably in a project-based environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with an attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in, Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
