Project: Sales Smart Measurement

Project description: From 01.01.2025, due to legal requirements, a number of the client’s electricity-buying customers will be billed time-series. The project has already started, currently the assessment, survey/concept creation is underway.

The aim of the project:

• Identification of the process and IT developments (business opportunities) necessary due to legal requirements
• Mapping the business opportunities based on the change and preparing the related process
• Examining legal conditions (Data storage, analysis and scheduling solutions; Modification of contracts for time-series accounting, sales support)
• Search for new business opportunities ( Development and modification of new products based on time-series accounting; Development of new digital solutions and applications)

Tasks:

• Participation in the development of the project schedule, the preparation of the project plan and the prioritization of tasks
• Managing project scope and schedule; planning the progress of the project and maintaining it
• Preparing a resource plan; managing costs
• Continuously ensuring the progress of tasks
• Operation of integration between work groups (Streams), communication, cooperation
• Operation of the project organization, coordinating the activities of business actors and suppliers
• Informing stakeholders
• Status reports
• Preparation of SC materials
• Identification and management of project-level risks, development of risk management proposals
