The main aim of the project is the complex redesign of the business processes currently supported by SAP ECC, followed by the introduction of the intelligent greenfield SAP S/4HANA system.

The scope covers 5 end-to-end processes, which are: cash order, purchase to pay, production plan (both production and logistics), maintenance plan and record keeping (accounting and control). In addition to them, quality management is also considered a separate process stream.

Tasks:

• Acting as the Customer’s side inhouse system integrator consultant
• Preparation of operational and strategic decision making proposals for different options/problems on SAP to 3rd party integration topics
• Driving and moderating the discussions between IT and business side to reach a common base
• Ensuring efficient design, implementation and management of the integration solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA system
• Cooperation with the vendor side
• Support and technical control of the Customer side
• Ensuring interfaces and functions are consistent between SAP S/4 and third-party systems for both IT and business processes (including functional consistency within the third-party application but functions within SAP S/4 excluded)
• Analysing 3rd party integration ideas in the selected areas, supporting the Customer side and driving the conceptual planning considering the whole lifecycle of the project (later design, implementation and testing phases)

The project starts by 2nd January 2025. The capacity is min. 4 days/week (flexible with the weeks, but Tuesday and Thursday are office days).
