It has more than 1,000,000 project professionals worldwide, with more than 900 certified in Hungary. PMI-PMP® is the same level in all regions of the world, global standard. This number is constantly increasing and may later be detrimental to applying for a project if someone does not have this qualification. International project management certification is increasingly requested in calls for proposals and calls for proposals.

Special exam guarantee! For our PMP exam preparation training, you can also optionally use the Test Day + Exam Guarantee module – detailed conditions at Thematics.

The PMI-PMP ® can be obtained by project managers with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience. Conditions for applying by candidates with university degree:

  • Project management practice covering a minimum period of 3 years in the last 8 years. The project management experiences of the candidate shall be specified during exam application process.
  • Minimum 35 hours of formal project management training. This can be a university project management subject, project management training, education, workshop or company training programme.

Some applicants are audited by PMI and must be able to prove all reported data during the audit. If the applicant fulfills the conditions and pays the PMI for the qualification procedure fee, he/she will then be authorised to apply for the PMP examination to test his/her knowledge of project management.

The PMI-PMP® rating shall be renewed every 3 years, which means that 60 PDU points must be obtained for continuous maintenance every 3 years from the date of acquisition.

During these 3 years, activities promoting the self-development and/or project management profession shall be carried out after which the PMI has been certified to recognise at least 60 Professional Development Units (PDU). In simple terms, a PDU is practically an hour’s activity.

The 35-hour training, based on PMBOK and based on exam experience, confirms and organizes the project management knowledge to establish the basis for the successful completion of the exam. In addition to our highly skilled lecturer, the training also helps you prepare for the test questions and sample exams, so that you can take the test easily, quickly and successfully.
