The Business Analyst is a member of the company’s Security Programme Delivery Team and is responsible for the analysis required to deliver change projects across company geos with the objective of increasing the security posture of all firms of the mother company. It is an FTE opportunity with indefinite contract.

The Delivery Team runs company-wide projects that cover deployment to all geos, increasing agility, reducing duplication, and aligning with the company Transformation objectives. The Delivery Team also collates company-wide requirements & a company position to respond and influence Global decisions with one coordinated voice. The Delivery Team is a focused team with core skills to deliver beneficial change when coupled with technical specialists and in partnership with local geo experts.

Your role as a Business Analyst (BA) is to be the “voice of the business” ensuring that our technology teams deliver solutions that meet business needs. You’ll do this by proactively understanding our business, eliciting requirements, and continually looking for ways to improve the user experience. In addition, your role will support the Lead Business Analyst to evolve best practice across the Security Programme Delivery Team. Our BAs are business and user experience focused, with excellent relationship management skills and a creative problem-solving approach

Tasks:

  • Working with Programme and Project Managers within the Security Programme Delivery Team

to deliver activities in a timely fashion, ensuring optimal quality and a focus on user experience.

  • Producing high-quality business cases, able to clearly articulate business benefit and rationale.
  • Collating, managing, and prioritising requirements from a broad range of stakeholders,

identifying acceptance criteria for successful project delivery.

  • Mapping complex AS-IS processes which may span multiple teams and geographies, and

designing simplified and focused TO-BE processes.

  • Collaborating cross-geography and cross-culture to develop relationships with practitioners to ensure diverse contribution to solutions
